0. The Thydom Network
This is the single central document governing registration, use, privacy, cookies, community participation and liability across the Thydom Network. Associated websites refer users to the version hosted at https://thydom.com/app/disclaimer.

The websites may share an identity and authentication infrastructure, this disclaimer and the central privacy and cookie rules. Each website may also publish its own short legal notice identifying the service provider. References to “Thydom.com”, “the portal” or “the platform” also include the website being visited unless a clause expressly applies only to the central website.
1. Mandatory acceptance
Registration, account creation, authenticated browsing, reading, comments, profiles, communities, forms and private features require acceptance of these terms. By creating an account, signing in, ticking an acceptance box or using a private feature, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this document. Acceptance applies throughout the Thydom Network where the same account is used.
A person who does not accept these terms must not register or use protected services. These terms cover accounts, reading access, community participation, user content, moderation, suspension, cookies, personal data, liability and current or future free and premium services.
2. Nature of the service
Thydom is a private online reading, publishing-content and social community service. It may offer free access and may later introduce subscriptions, premium accounts, exclusive content, internal credits, digital items, editorial services, advertising, sponsorship or other lawful business models.
Free availability does not create a permanent right to unchanged access, features or content. The service may be modified, expanded, limited, migrated, monetised, suspended or discontinued.
3. Private community and admission
Thydom is a private online community. The operator may admit, refuse, limit, suspend or remove users, accounts, profiles, comments, devices, IP addresses or access patterns when reasonably necessary to protect legality, security, technical integrity, other users, the community or the project.
An account is a revocable permission to use the service, not an absolute right. Registration, invitations, countries, email domains, automated traffic or other sources of risk may be restricted.
4. Accounts
Registration data must be accurate, current and owned or lawfully used by the registrant. False identities, impersonation, third-party email addresses without permission, offensive names, automated accounts and accounts created to evade sanctions are prohibited.
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and must report suspected unauthorised access to thydom.com@gmail.com. Because identity may be shared throughout the network, a security incident may affect access to more than one website.
5. Minimum age
Users must have legal capacity to accept these terms. Registration is limited to persons aged 16 or over. Access to content marked 18+ is limited to adults aged 18 or over. Where required by law, valid parental or guardian authorisation is necessary.
Thydom may suspend an account if the age supplied appears false or insufficient.
6. Permitted use
The service may only be used for lawful personal, cultural, reading, social and creative purposes. Users must act in good faith, respect the law and third-party rights, and must not damage, overload, circumvent or gain unauthorised access to the service.
7. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes crime facilitation, threats, fraud, phishing, impersonation, unauthorised disclosure of personal data, intellectual-property infringement, malware, unlawful trade, hate, discrimination, harassment, violent extremism, sexual exploitation, abuse involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, spam, unauthorised advertising, bots, abusive scraping, credential attacks, technical exploitation, review manipulation and harmful deception.
Thydom may remove conduct or content not expressly listed where it creates legal, security or community risk.
8. User opinions and content
Users remain responsible for their comments, reviews, profiles, images, links and other submissions. Thydom does not necessarily endorse or verify user statements. Users must hold all rights and permissions required for anything they publish and are responsible for resulting claims or damage.
9. Reports and moderation
The service may provide reporting, review, moderation and blocking tools. Their existence does not imply prior or continuous review of every item. Thydom may investigate reports, remove or hide content, limit features, suspend accounts, retain necessary evidence, contact authorities and penalise malicious reports.
Moderation may involve delays, errors, false positives or false negatives.
10. Suspension and bans
Measures may include warnings, content removal, profile restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent removal, account, email, IP or device bans, loss of community access and refusal of future registrations.
Serious security, fraud or unlawful-content violations may result in a network-wide restriction because the identity system may be shared.
11. Service interruption and change
The service may be interrupted, limited, migrated, updated or discontinued for technical, economic, legal, organisational, editorial, security or force-majeure reasons. Continuous availability, error-free operation, indefinite retention, universal compatibility and permanent free features are not guaranteed.
Users should retain lawful copies of their own important content.
12. Free and premium services
Free access does not guarantee permanent free access. Future premium accounts, subscriptions, purchases, exclusive content, differentiated limits, credits, advertising or other models may be introduced under additional terms. Acceptance of these general terms does not itself purchase a future paid service.
13. Editorial content and intellectual property
Books, chapters, text, images, design, software, databases, marks and other materials may be protected by copyright, trade-mark or other rights.
Unless expressly authorised, users may not mass-download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, scrape, bypass access controls, remove attribution or use protected content to train AI systems, datasets or automated models.
Access grants only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use content within the platform.
14. Content uploaded by users
Users retain their lawful rights but grant Thydom a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to operating the service, to host, technically reproduce, display, adapt formats, moderate, store and back up submitted content.
Some records may be retained where needed for conversation integrity, security, legal duties or defence against claims.
15. Privacy and personal data
Data may be processed to create and authenticate accounts, provide profiles and reading features, maintain security, moderate the community, prevent fraud, answer support requests, comply with law and improve the service.
Depending on the feature, data may include email, username, authentication credentials or provider identifiers, date of birth, profile information, images, preferences, registration and access dates, IP address, session logs, comments, reports, activity records and communications.
Legal bases may include performance of the user relationship, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations and the defence of claims.
Data-protection requests may be sent to thydom.com@gmail.com. Where applicable, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and protection from solely automated decisions. Identity verification may be requested. Complaints may also be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
15.3. Firebase Authentication
The network may use Firebase Authentication, a Google service, for identity and credential management. A shared UID may permit sign-in across network websites, while each website may maintain its own local technical session.
Google generally acts as a processor for relevant customer data under its Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms. International transfers are handled under the safeguards identified in those terms. Google Sign-In does not itself verify the user’s age for Thydom; the date of birth supplied to Thydom is used for the age controls in section 34.
16. Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to operate the account and community, secure the service, comply with law, handle incidents and defend claims. After deletion, limited logs, evidence, sanctions records, backups or blocked data may be retained where legally permitted and necessary.
A request to close a unified account may affect the entire Thydom Network.
17. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must use strong credentials, avoid sharing accounts, sign out on shared devices and report suspicious access.
Sessions or access may be blocked throughout the network when a security risk is detected.
18. Cookies and similar technologies
The websites may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for operation, sessions, preferences, security, fraud prevention, analytics and future advertising or premium functionality.
Categories may include necessary, preference, security, analytics, advertising and third-party cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used where permitted without prior consent. Non-essential cookies require information and consent where applicable.
18.1. Accepting or rejecting cookies
Each network website displays “Accept” and “Reject” options with equivalent prominence.
If the user accepts, the website records acceptance locally for that domain and enables the relevant features. If the user rejects, no acceptance is recorded and the user is redirected to https://thydom.com/navegacion-interrumpida, where the consequences are explained and the central disclaimer can be reviewed. Returning to a network website causes the notice to appear again unless acceptance has been recorded for that domain.
Consent is stored separately by each domain and is not automatically shared between domains. Necessary cookies may still be used where legally permitted. Browser controls may also be used to manage cookies.
19. Official communications
The official contact is thydom.com@gmail.com. Email may be used for registration, security, password recovery, support, sanctions, incidents, legal notices and future premium services. Non-essential marketing communications will only be sent where a lawful basis exists.
20. External links and third parties
External websites and services are governed by their own availability, security, privacy, cookies and content. Access is at the user’s risk. Websites listed in section 0 are part of the Thydom Network rather than third-party services for the purposes of this document.
21. Images and files
Users must not upload content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy or image rights; endangers minors; is unlawful, violent, sexual or discriminatory; contains malware or personal data without permission; or impersonates another person or organisation.
Thydom may remove, replace, hide or block unsafe or unlawful files.
22. Availability of content
Books, chapters, images, profiles, comments, categories, communities and features may be added, corrected, reorganised, restricted, archived or removed. Unless specific paid terms state otherwise, users do not acquire permanent access rights to a particular item or feature.
23. User responsibility
Users are responsible for their account, data, publications, reports, files, links, interactions and compliance with law and third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, users must indemnify Thydom for losses arising from their unlawful breach.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thydom is not liable for user opinions or conduct, third-party content, external links, service interruptions, attacks, software errors, maintenance, lawful sanctions, free-feature changes, incompatibility, force majeure or expectations regarding visibility and continuity.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Beta and evolving features
The service may remain under active development. Beta, experimental or provisional features may change or be withdrawn without preserving previous behaviour, interfaces or data, subject to mandatory law.
26. Additional community rules
Specific rules may apply to readers, authors, moderators, communities, profiles, comments, premium services, promotions, reputation systems and internal credits. Published specific rules supplement these terms and prevail for the relevant feature unless they conflict with mandatory law.
27. No sale or transfer of accounts
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, sharing or transferring credentials, profiles, reputation, benefits or access without permission is prohibited.
28. Technical integrity
Reverse engineering, unauthorised automation, systematic extraction, interference and exploitation of errors are prohibited except where expressly authorised. Vulnerabilities must be reported responsibly to thydom.com@gmail.com and must not be exploited or disclosed prematurely.
29. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, login notices, banners or another reasonable channel. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where legally permitted; otherwise specific consent will be obtained where required.
30. Voluntary account closure
Account closure may be requested at thydom.com@gmail.com. Closure may remove access throughout the network. Data may still be retained where necessary for legal, security, audit or claims purposes.
31. Complaints, support and contact
Requests should be sent to thydom.com@gmail.com and should identify the affected account, username, relevant website, URL, facts, approximate date and supporting evidence where useful.
32. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union law govern these terms. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules prevail; otherwise competent courts are determined under applicable law.
33. Severability
If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or replaced to preserve its lawful purpose without affecting the remainder of the document.
34. Age control and adult content
Users must be at least 16 years old to register. Content marked 18+ is unavailable to persons under 18. The date of birth supplied must be accurate and may be used throughout the network to apply age restrictions.
Google Sign-In does not itself verify age for these purposes.
35. Use of AI in the Thydom Network of Sites
Websites belonging to the Thydom ecosystem use generative artificial intelligence tools to support the creation, adaptation, and improvement of audiovisual, graphic, textual, editorial, and promotional content, including materials published or shared on social media related to our sites and services. These technologies may also be used to translate, proofread, summarize, and enhance content accessibility, improve presentation, and facilitate technical, creative, administrative, and operational tasks necessary for the functioning and evolution of our platforms. The use of artificial intelligence is as an assistance and support tool, under human supervision, without prejudice to the review, editorial responsibility, and control that may apply in each case.
36. Final declaration
By registering or continuing to use a Thydom Network website, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms; are responsible for their account and conduct; acknowledge the private-community and admission rules; accept lawful moderation and security measures; understand that services may change; accept necessary data processing and the Firebase arrangements described above; and understand the cookie acceptance and rejection mechanism.
